NEXUS DESIGN STUDIO designed this warehouse masterplan to maximize operational efficiency through strategic planning and seamless truck circulation. The design features security-controlled entry and exit points, angled loading and unloading docks for optimized logistics, and separate circulation routes for trucks, passenger vehicles, and pedestrians. A front-facing administrative office with dedicated staff parking completes a functional, safe, and future-ready industrial facility.
