Nexus Design Studio designed a large-scale Data Center Masterplan spanning several hectares, strategically organized into four functional zones for maximum efficiency and scalability. Two zones are dedicated to high-capacity data storage facilities, one zone accommodates data collection warehouses, while the fourth comprises multiple office buildings supporting administrative and operational functions. At the heart of the development, a landmark circular executive building serves as the central hub for leadership, collaboration, and innovation, creating a future-ready campus with seamless connectivity and optimized infrastructure.
