Nexus Design Studio developed the urban plan for Castor Housing Community, a thoughtfully designed residential development featuring over 2,000 homes and 1,000+ townhouses. The masterplan integrates two grand mosques, multiple neighborhood mosques, expansive public parks, a major shopping mall, and both government and private schools to serve the community. Every element is strategically planned to promote accessibility, sustainability, and a vibrant, family-oriented lifestyle within a well-connected urban environment.
